What's new in FairBot 2.5 vs 2.4?

  • Lay Dutching is now available for Place markets.
  • "Total P/L" information in the Dutching window for Place markets. This shows the total potential profit or loss depending on the number of placed selections.

  • New Ladder interface for Asian Handicap markets.
  • Shortcut for the "Cancel All" operation. This allows the user to cancel all unmatched bets on a market using Ctrl+Alt+X key combination.

What's new in FairBot 2.4 vs 2.32?

  • Stake buttons for the Ladder interface, including the NET button. This allows you to set and use predefined stakes when betting or trading on the Ladder interface.
  • Improved performance. Now it will allow you to perform up to 4 place/cancel/update operations simultaneously. This could be useful in-running, for example when you need to cancel a bet when another bet is being placed with an in-play delay.
  • "Fill or Kill" tool for single bets and for trades. It allows you to cancel unmatched bets automatically after a predefined number of seconds.
  • Change to the WoM indicator on the grid. Now it shows any difference as a percent. Though the "old style" WoM which shows the difference and ration is also available.
  • Customizable colours for the WoM indicator.
  • Also it is now possible to highlight the WoM only if it exceeds some predefined value. This allows you to keep your eye on the selections which are best for trading at the moment.
  • Improved "Show Full Market Depth" mode. Now it highlights only the best 3 back and best 3 lay prices.
  • "Greening Up" is now available for the Place and Asian Handicap markets.
  • New Warning sound. It now plays a warning sound when the market changes to SUSPENDED during in play. This could be useful for example when a goal is scored in soccer markets.
  • The colours of the price charts on the Grid and Ladder are now customisable. A different colour can also now be used for in-play price movements.
  • Ability to turn off the price charts for the Grid interface.
  • The "Stop Loss" button on the Trading Bets page has been renamed to "Close Trade" to prevent any confusion with the Automated Stop Loss feature.

  • Automatic Stop Loss feature for Trading. This helps you prevent excessive losses automatically if the market moves against you when trading. It also includes a "Trailing Stop Loss" option.
  • A new Market Menu. Now you can select the market directly from the menu on the left without clicking an extra "Select Market" button.
  • "Full market depth" option. This allows you to display the full market depth on the first ladder in the interface.

  • "Stake is Liability" option. This allows the user to place Lay bets with a predefined Liability.
  • Improved "Greening Up" feature for win markets, with 2 possible outcomes (e.g. Tennis markets). This allows the user to perform "Greening Up" on both selections even if bet(s) were placed just on a single selection.
  • Bet Counter. This shows the number of bets placed for the current hour.

  • "Keep bets" support. This allows the user to have unmatched bets automatically transferred to in play bets. Please note that for markets which do not turn in play, the "Keep bets" option is obviously not supported.
  • "Drag & Drop" feature for the Ladder - this allows the user to amend the odds of unmatched bets by dragging bets up or down the ladder.
  • Warning Sounds. This gives the user a facility to play warning sounds at any predefined time before the event start and also when the market turns in play.
  • Improved "Greening Up" feature. Now it shows the amount you will win on any selected contestant if you press this button.
  • Improved countdown clock. Now FairBot resets the clock when the market actually turns in play.
  • "Reverse ladder" option. This allows the user to display the "classic" ladder with the back side odds on the left and the lay side odds on the right.
  • Improvements to the graphic user interface including the ability to resize the right pane with My Bets, Trading Bets and Rules pages.
  • API Calls Statistics - This allows the user to see how many API calls FairBot makes per second.

  • The Ladder Interface - This allows the user to display prices vertically, and instantly react to market movements by placing or cancelling a bet with just one mouse click.
  • "Small Bets" support for trading and single bets – Fairbot now allows you to place trading and single bets below the Betfair minimum (2 pounds) bet amount.
  • Ability to open multiple Contender Details windows and bet/trade while the Contender Details window is opened. This allows the user to monitor price movements/graphs for any number of selected runners in a race, thus giving more information and flexibility to the betting process.
  • Ability to hide the Market List to free additional space for the Ladder interface and thus make all 3 ladders visible at once.
  • Shortcuts for Back and Lay Dutching - This allows the user to open Dutching windows more quickly.
  • Displays the number of seconds delay between submission and a bet actually getting placed for in-play markets. This is fixed by Betfair on their site and will vary depending on sport and event type.
